Morgan Wallen Reflects on His Biggest Hits in New ‘Billions Club: The Series’ Episode
In 2023, Morgan Wallen made history when “Last Night” became the first solo country song to cross the billion-stream mark. That record-breaking track, along with “I Had Some Help,” featuring Post Malone (which itself broke Spotify’s record for the most-streamed country song in a single day), and “Whiskey Glasses,” have made Morgan a triple member of Spotify’s Billions Club.
Spotify is marking the milestone with a new episode of Billions Club: The Series, where Morgan opens up about the stories behind his biggest hits and reflects on what they mean to him.
“‘Last Night’ is a song that changed the game for me,” he says in the episode. “It elevated us to a whole other level in the last couple years. It was one of those songs where, when we were recording it, we just knew. We just had a feeling that that song was something special.”
